Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the session will receive a 50% refund. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and the full session cost will be charged. However, I offer two complimentary emergency reschedules within the 24-hour window, which you may use at your discretion. Please let me know when you’d like to use one of these, as failure to inform me will result in forfeiting the refund for that session.
